The AFT Challenge

Never let a green day turn red.

The AFT Challenge is a structured consistency program for developing futures traders. It simulates the full prop-firm journey — from passing an evaluation all the way to your first payout — on a paper-trading account, so you build the discipline before you ever pay an evaluation fee.

The challenge trains the three skills that separate consistent traders from everyone else: sizing appropriately, accepting losses before they spiral, and accepting profit. There is no difference between this and trading in the prop space — except that this way costs you nothing.

Your journey starts today

This challenge isn't about home runs. It's about becoming the trader who shows up, takes their one or two best trades, banks the green, and walks away — every single day, on command. That skill is the entire business. Open your five paper accounts, set your loss limits, and take your first rep tomorrow morning. It costs you nothing — and it builds everything.

New to trading? Watch the free All Fluence course on YouTube — @shogotrades — first. And if you feel you want more, the AFT indicator and course are there for you — but nothing in this challenge requires them.

The Rules

How the Challenge Is Traded

  1. Trade five accounts, each on its own

No copy trading. Every account is traded separately, with its own decisions and its own P&L. You are not required to trade all five every day.

  2. The Profit Acceptance Rule

The moment a closed trade puts an account over +$100 on the day, that account is finished until tomorrow. Move to your next account. This is the heart of the challenge: learn to accept profit.

  3. No cap on winning — only on greed

There is no maximum win per day across your accounts. But the Profit Acceptance Rule always applies, account by account, with no exceptions.

  4. One to two trades per account, tops

Quality over volume. You're building reps and sets — a small number of deliberate trades, repeated daily, is what grows consistency and proficiency.

  5. Two consecutive losses — stand down

Two losses in a row on an account ends that account's day. The market is telling you something; listen from the sidelines.

  6. Respect the red zone

If you've used $150 of your $200 daily loss limit, seriously consider not taking another trade. Living to trade tomorrow is winning.

Why +$100 and done

New traders don't blow up because they can't find winners — they blow up because they can't keep them. Banking a green account and walking away rewires the instinct that turns winning days into losing ones.

And know what that $100 becomes at scale — the skill is identical, only the account count changes. 20 accounts × $100 is $2,000 a day. That's $40,000 a month, built out of the "small" profits this rule teaches you to accept.

The real objective: don't blow the account

You will hit your daily loss limit some days — that's fine. Losses are part of this business, and taking them and walking away is exactly what you're here to learn. What you're protecting is the account itself, and do the math on how hard these rules make it to lose: at −$200 a day, blowing a $2,000 account takes ten maximum-loss days in a row. Ten.

That's real risk management. Professionals risk 5% or less of their total account — while the prop space sets you up for failure with structures that put 10–30% of your real capital on the line in a single day. Learn to accept the loss, protect the account, and live to trade tomorrow, and you'll walk into the prop space already trading like a professional.

Graduation

When You've Beaten the Challenge

If you can trade these rules to the $5,500 profit goal without blowing an account, you have already demonstrated everything a funded evaluation asks of you — the full road from eval to payout, walked in advance. You're ready to step into the prop space with proof, not hope, that you belong there.

Reps and sets. That's how traders are built.

Master the skill at $100 and the only thing left to change is the number of accounts. Five accounts. One green day at a time. See you at the payout.
